Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves the insertion of one time disposable needles at specific points on the body to achieve a desired therapeutic affect.

Cupping

Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which cups (in this case glass) are suctioned to a specific area of the body to mobilize blood and promote healing. It is a great way to remove toxins from the body and helps with deep rooted pain problems.

Massage

Ranging from relaxation to deep tissue, massage can be used on its own or in conjunction with acupuncture. Treatments can be 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes long.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where smooth heated stones are placed on the body as well as used as an extension of the therapists hands to massage the whole body. The heat warms the muscles, making it very relaxing and beneficial.
